SALARY RANGE: $29.5K - $37.3K DOE

OBJECTIVE: As Homecare Administrator, you will lead your team using data analysis and interpretation, targeted reporting, and operational evaluation to anticipate challenges and propel the company forward.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

As the Homecare Administrator you will plan coordinate, provide and evaluate home care services focused on the patients' individual needs as well as developing and executing business. This is a critical management role and involves supervising the field staff for home care, staff relief and private duty as well as supporting the business development plans of the agency.is meeting minimum standards for operation of non-medical in-home care set forth by state and local agencies responsible for the health, welfare, and safety of clients.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

• Responsible for updates and compliance with state regulation.
• Responsible for coordinating pre-employment requirements for new employees.
• Ensure the compliance of employees with state regulations.
• Ensure adequate staff education, approve home care assessments and revenue cycle process.
• Oversee referrals and inquiries of the programs the agency provides services for, and participates with.
• Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities.
• Responsible for scheduling caregiver assignments and client coordination of assignments on a daily/monthly basis.
• Maintain ongoing liaison between other management, personnel, service coordination agencies, and clients.
• Assist with organizational needs of office.
• Enforce policies for all agency administrative functions.
• Represent the agency at community functions and professional organizations.
• Assist DBD in marketing the agency to area resources.
• Works “on-call” for scheduling substitutions and new cases during the hours the office is closed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

• Associate's degree or a Current unencumbered LPN License in the state of North Dakota.
• 1+ years of experience in health care
• Management experience within the last 3 years that included hiring and firing.
• Knowledge of insurance and reimbursement criteria for home care services or willingness to learn.
• Must have reliable transportation and active drivers license.

Other Criteria: Must pass drug screen and background check.

TRAVEL: INCLUDES (MANDAN, DICKINSON & BISMARCK)

OBJECTIVE: The liaison will play a crucial role in supporting our caregivers and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care. You will be responsible for Marketing to Hospitals, Rehabs, AL, Home Health and Hospice , as well as, scheduling and completing in home assessments to determine eligibility. Update all contracts in the CRM and meet admission metrics each week. Attend event related to lead generation once a month.

RESPONSIBILITIES: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and The Hoovers. 

EXPERIENCE: The liaison must have experience working with social workers or marketing to health care facilities.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma, Association Degree

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Medical terminology, care assessments, Continuing education.

OTHER CRITERIA: Must pass a background check, drug screening and carry auto insurance.

OBJECTIVE: Support administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly⁣

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist, streamline and coordinate all office duties.

EXPERIENCE: The ability to route appropriate calls, phone marketing and recruiting: 1 year 

EDUCATION: High School Diploma

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

• Answer telephone calls from potential caregivers.
• Answer inbound telephone calls using company voice mail system.
• Marketing calls to case managers and social workers from healthcare facilities.
• File documents in proper order.
• Answer incoming emails as appropriate.
• Recruiting new caregivers
• Order marketing materials, office supplies, DME for clients, etc.
• Assist with vendors.
• Assist with events; Caregiver Certification class or CPR Classes that are held in office.
• Report to and assist Homecare Administrator and Human Resources officer with onboarding new caregivers.
• Utilize company software, CRM, MS Office, fax and copier.

PAY RANGE: $30-$50 per hour for 3 hour class Taught, $15-$19 per hour FT marketing and no class taught and Tiered Bonus.

RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for 4-6 CPR Instructors in the state to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaging.

REQUIREMENTS: BLS American Heart Association Certification (We will Train).

OTHER CRITERIA: Must have a clean background and drug screen. This positions requires a non compete for 1 year.

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years teaching

EDUCATION: Certification with American Heart Association. (We will Train)

KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Market CPR course to organizations. Organize and teach BLS or Heart Saver CPR Training to Adults according to AHA instructor guidelines and Family First Policies. Communication skills and public speaking is a must.  Set up for students, remediate, disinfect equipment and submit all completed paper work according to policy.

Additionally, you must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and The Hoovers for lead generation and marketing.
