OBJECTIVE: As Homecare Administrator, you will lead your team using data analysis and interpretation, targeted reporting, and operational evaluation to anticipate challenges and propel the company forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Homecare Administrator you will plan coordinate, provide and evaluate home care services focused on the patients' individual needs as well as developing and executing business. This is a critical management role and involves supervising the field staff for home care, staff relief and private duty as well as supporting the business development plans of the agency.is meeting minimum standards for operation of non-medical in-home care set forth by state and local agencies responsible for the health, welfare, and safety of clients.

OBJECTIVE: The liaison will play a crucial role in supporting our caregivers and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care. You will be responsible for Marketing to Hospitals, Rehabs, AL, Home Health and Hospice , as well as, scheduling and completing in home assessments to determine eligibility. Update all contracts in the CRM and meet admission metrics each week. Attend event related to lead generation once a month.
RESPONSIBILITIES: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and The Hoovers.
EXPERIENCE: The liaison must have experience working with social workers or marketing to health care facilities.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma, Association Degree
KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Medical terminology, care assessments, Continuing education.

RESPONSIBILITIES: We are looking for 4-6 CPR Instructors in the state to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaging.
REQUIREMENTS: BLS American Heart Association Certification (We will Train).
OTHER CRITERIA: Must have a clean background and drug screen. This positions requires a non compete for 1 year.
EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years teaching
EDUCATION: Certification with American Heart Association. (We will Train)
KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: Market CPR course to organizations. Organize and teach BLS or Heart Saver CPR Training to Adults according to AHA instructor guidelines and Family First Policies. Communication skills and public speaking is a must. Set up for students, remediate, disinfect equipment and submit all completed paper work according to policy.
Additionally, you must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and The Hoovers for lead generation and marketing.
