Leadership Team

Utilizing my passion and healthcare expertise as a senior living administrator to address the myriad of challenges seen with patient debilitation in urban and rural locations. I sought to build a home care company that has a central focus on the strength of family and has the person our patient as the central focus.

Having served in the U.S. Army National Guard and I understands the significance of collaboration with guardians and families to achieve optimum care results.  Enduring the lost of my beloved grandmother Litha Beckles to dementia, I choose to be a pioneer for those suffering from memory loss.  Aurora Community Health a non profit organization that is dedicated to behavioral health. This foundation was designed with the strength of advocacy and heart of charity, in the same light that my grandmother lived. 

Education

Capella University with a Bachelor Degree in General Psychology. Certified Healthcare Access Management, Dementia Care Certified with the Alzheimers Association, Lean Six Sigma Certified and BLS /Heart Saver CPR Instructor with American Heart Association.
